Shortbread Flavours

We believe you can't make fantastic shortbread without using the best ingredients - which is why we do! We use locally grown and milled organic flour from Mungoswells, located 15 miles from our shop, Scottish butter, British sugar, and all natural flavours made locally in Moffat. With about 30 flavours on rotation, we love to mix things up! We've got five flavours in the shop every day, including the All Butter which is a staple, so you can always count on a new, exciting flavour to try.
